Regarding the cartoon: As Mr. Colbert says, “Truisms!”
Mr./Ms. Anonymous: Just a simple minded thought, but First, I do not hate anyone, least Osama and/or Saddam. I am an avid watcher and follower of the Middle Eastern and African news, which is why I DO NOT see a reason to have disgust or view them as nefarious. In fact, just the opposite - wherever Saddam might be… certainly not in custody as reported.
You are only partially correct when you state that ‘americans are really stupid.’ As a so-called american I THINK I know what is being reported and I THINK I am capable of reading through the lines and weeding out the chicanery being bestowed on us imbeciles. In short, Anonymous, because we (I) give credence to this cartoon, we THINK we know. I myself do not wish to be wrong and make a butt of myself. (Once, I thought I was wrong, but oops, I found out I was right.)
Now that I think about it, I believe I should channel my sympathy toward the C student a.k.a. Village Idiot; a C student running this Nation. Wait, perhaps I AM WRONG and should consider the sheep. See, we actually DO know what is going on and therefore this cartoon is right on the mark = funny!

very clever ilustration!
This means: muslims are hidden, at least to the short view of Bush, but he acts reckless, ignoring the risk about the enemies...
intelligent sketch...
